Come fly with us, and launch your website from go to woah in just one day. Build it, design it, and prepare for take-off with our cabin crew by your side. This 1 day workshop is designed to fast track your website build - and your results.

what does the day include?

Session One is where you’ll get the complete rundown of the website platform from our Guest Expert. They’ll cover all the basics you’ll need to know about the platform (Shopify or WordPress), as well they will assist in setting up the foundations of your killer new site.

Lunch time! Get to know your fellow business owners who will be setting up their sites alongside you, over a fully catered lunch. This is a great opportunity to connect with like-minded people, and build those oh-so-important connections.

Session Two is when you really get to make your theme your own. With the help of our designers, you’ll be guided through the customisation of your theme, from choosing colours and fonts to suit your branding, to selecting the best image to feature on each page. Get ready to feel like a pro.

Time to pop the champagne! The final session covers the process of pushing your site live, and getting your website up onto the world wide web (yay). We’ll also go over tips for promoting your new site, and you’ll even get a promotion checklist to take home with you!

do I need to have purchased a First Flight theme to attend?

Our workshops are run specifically around the setup and customisation of First Flight themes, which means having purchased a First Flight theme is compulsory to attend the workshop. Check out our full range of themes via our shop.

what if I don’t live in sydney?

Unfortunately, at this stage, we only offer workshops at our Sydney-based studio. You are more than welcome to attend a workshop if you live interstate, however, all accommodation and travel must be organised externally. We do not offer workshops via Skype/FaceTime.

I can’t eat this/that/something else. What do I do?

We’re more than happy to cater for your dietary requirements! Please contact our Cabin Crew at least 7 days before your scheduled workshop with any allergies or intolerances so we can be prepared for you.

What do I need to bring with me on the day?

In order to get the most out of the day, please bring along your laptop, fully charged (with charger). You will also need to have the following prepared and collated on your computer or USB:

  • Copy (text) for at least 3 pages, 3 x products (if eCommerce), and 3 x blog posts
  • Approximately 10-12 images
  • Your logo file (.png)
  • Domain purchased + login details
